It was a little daunting at first, but El Amir soon put me at ease. He is kind and gentle in his approach and very patient, explaining everything clearly. We have a great teacher/student relationship and I thoroughly enjoy my lessons with him.
He has definitely raised my level of playing and continues to do so, improving my technique and teaching me some really cool ‘current’ flamenco. Some from his awesome albums- how fantastic is that?!
My students think it is pretty cool too! So……. whatever your level, learning never stops…. you just have to ‘reach out’ and find the right person to teach you!
