A great meeting!

Today I had the absolute pleasure of being invited by Monty Lawrence the wife of my late former guitar teacher, Richard Lawrence to go and meet her and take whatever music I wished to! What a lovely and generous offer.

A real gold mine of fantastic flamenco and classical guitar music. It felt like a thousand Christmas’s at once. I have enough music to last me a life time and it will greatly assist in teaching my students too. I feel truly very lucky and privileged to have been given such an opportunity.

Richard knew many great flamenco guitarists personally, including Paco de Lucia and Paco Pena. I was very fortunate to have come under his expertise as a student.
